The first phase consisted of the demolition of former University City High School, Former Charles Drew Elementary School, and Annex School to include complete removal of reinforced concrete basement and foundations systems. The second phase consisted of the complete dismantlement of a of a 4-story pre-cast concrete parking garage and demolition of a 2-story steel framed office building.
